Kenneth Ross MacKenzie (15 Juni 1912 – 3 Juli 2002) adalah seorang fisikawan nuklir Amerika Serikat. Bersama dengan Dale R. Corson dan Emilio Segrè, dia mensintesis unsur astatin, pada tahun 1940. MacKenzie menerima gelar PhD di bawah bimbingan Ernest Lawrence di Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Lawrence, MacKenzie, dan rekan-rekan mereka merancang siklotron pertama.
