Kentucky Thunder, atau Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder, adalah sebuah grup musik yang bermain bersama dengan Ricky Skaggs. Beberapa anggota grup musik tersebut memenangkan sejumlah penghargaan. Bandleader Ricky Skaggs memainkan mandolin dan merupakan vokalis utamanya. Grup tersebut beberapa kali memenangkan penghargaan Grup Instrumental Tahun Ini dari International Bluegrass Music Association, serta tujuh Grammy Award.[1]
