Kepala sapi

Kepala sapi adalah bagian daging sapi sebelah kepala. Kepala sapi ini tidak banyak dagingnya tetapi mengandung beberapa bagian yang dianggap delicacy oleh sebagian orang. Otak sapi biasa dimasak sebagai gulai dalam Masakan Padang. Sementara itu hidung dan bibirnya dipakai sebagai pelengkap rujak cingur, makanan Surabaya. Kemudian lidahnya sering diasap.
