Keuskupan Mindat (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Mindatinus), adalah sebuah keuskupan Gereja Katolik yang terletak di Mindat, Negara Bagian Chin di barat laut Myanmar. Keuskupan tersebut adalah keuskupan sufragan dari Keuskupan Agung Mandalay.
