Keuskupan Taiohae (atau Tefenuaenata atau Hakapehi) (Latin: Dioecesis Taiohaënus seu Humanae Telluris; Prancis: Diocèse de Taiohae o Tefenuaenata), di Polinesia Prancis, adalah sebuah keuskupan suffragan di provinsi gerejawi Keuskupan Agung Papeete, meskipun masih bergantung pada misionaris Kongregasi Roma untuk Evangelisasi Bangsa-bangsa. Tahta episkopal katedralnya adalah Cathédrale Notre-Dame des Îles Marquises, yang didedikasikan kepada Maria, bunda Yesus di Taiohae, Nuku Hiva, Kepulauan Marquesas (Prancis: Îles Marquises).
