Khwarazmshah adalah gelar kuno yang secara rutin digunakan oleh penguasa wilayah Asia Tengah Khwarazm mulai dari Akhir Zamqn Kuno hingga munculnya Mongol pada awal abad ke-13, setelah itu gelar tersebut jarang digunakan. Ada empat keluarga yang memerintah sebagai Khwarazmshah—Afrighid (305–995), Ma'munid (995–1017), garis Altuntash (1017–1041), dan yang paling terkenal, Anushteginid (1097–1231). Seperti gelar-gelar Asia Tengah kontemporer lainnya, seperti Afshin dan Ikhshid, gelar Khwarazmshah berasal dari bahasa Iran.
