Noble lahir pada 26 Februari 2007 di Yorkshire, Inggris, ia dibesarkan di Doncaster, Inggris.[1]
Karier klub
Sebagai pemain muda, Noble bermain di akademi Liga Utama Inggris Manchester City, di saat ia bermain untuk Liga Pemuda UEFA.[2] Pada tahun 2024, ia mendorong tim U-18 menjadi juara dari FA Youth Cup 2023-24.[1]
Karier internasional
Noble merupakan pemain internasional Inggris. Pada Mei 2024, ia bermain untuk tim nasional sepak bola U-17 Inggris untuk Kejuaraan Eropa UEFA U-17 2024.[3]
