Kim Roi-ha (lahir 15 November 1965) adalah seorang pemeran asal Korea Selatan. Peran-peran terkenalnya meliputi seorang detektif dalam Memories of Murder (2003),[1][2] dan seorang gangster dalam A Bittersweet Life (2005).[3][4]
