Kim Yong-il (lahir 2 Mei 1944) adalah Perdana Menteri Korea Utara dari April 2007 sampai 7 Juni 2010. Dia terpilih sebagai Perdana Menteri oleh sesi ke-5 dari Majelis Agung Rakyat Korea Utara ke-11 pada April 2007, menggantikan Pak Ponj-ju.[1][2] Dia kemudian digantikan oleh Choe Yong-rim pada 7 Juni 2010.
