Lyonpo Kinzang Dorji adalah Perdana Menteri Bhutan mulai 2002 hingga 2003 dan 2007 hingga 2008.
Dorji menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri sejak 14 Agustus 2002 hingga 30 Agustus 2003. Ia adalah enteri Pekerjaan dan Perumahan sebelum disumpah kembali sebagai Perdana Menteri, dalam kapasitas caretaker, tanggal 2 Agustus 2007. Ini diikuti dengan pengunduran diri Perdana Menteri Khandu Wangchuk dan menteri lainnya, yang berusaha memasuki pemilihan umum 2008.[1] Setelah pemilihan yang diadakan Maret 2008, Dorji digantikan oleh Jigme Thinley tanggal 9 April 2008.[2]
