Kips Bay

Kips Bay adalah sebuah permukiman di borough Manhattan, New York City. Karena tidak ada batasan resmi untuk permukiman-permukiman di New York City, perbatasan Kip's Bay masih tidak jelas, tetapi sering dianggap berada di antara East 23rd Street dan East 34th Street membentang dari Lexington Avenue hingga Sungai East.[1] Sejumlah penetapan meletakkan perbatasannya jauh ke timur, di Second Avenue, dan perbatasan utaranya telah diperluas hingga 38th Street, bukannya 34th Street.[2]

Kips Bay berbatasan di sebelah utara dengan Murray Hill, di barat dengan Midtown East atau Rose Hill, dan di selatan dengan Gramercy Park dan komplek apartemen Peter Cooper Village. Permukiman ini adalah bagian dari Manhattan Community Board 6.
