Kisaburō Andō (安藤紀三郎, Andō Kisaburō) (11 Februari 1874 – 10 Mei 1954) adalah seorang Letnan Jenderal di Angkatan Darat Kekaisaran Jepang ia melayani sebagai politikus sekaligus menteri pada pemerintahan Jepang selama Perang Dunia II.
