Kiyou Shimizu (lahir 7 Desember 1993)[1] adalah karateka Jepang spesialis divisi kata putri. Ia merupakan 2 kali juara dunia dan 2 kali juara Pesta Olahraga Asia. Ia dijadwalkan akan mewakili Jepang pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020 yang diselenggarakan di Tokyo, Jepang.[2][3]
