Klaus Martin Schwab (kelahiran 30 Maret 1938) adalah seorang teknisi dan ekonom Jerman, yang lebih dikenal sebagai pendiri dan ketua eksekutif Forum Ekonomi Dunia.^[1] Istrinya dan mantan sekretarisnya, Hilde, bekerjasama mendirikan Yayasan Schwab untuk Kewirahusahaan Sosial dengannya.^[2] Ia lahir pada 1938, di Ravensburg, Jerman.

Yayasan

Pada 1971, Schwab mendirikan Forum Ekonomi Dunia sebagai yayasan nirlaba.

Pada 1998, Schwab dan istrinya mendirikan Yayasan Schwab untuk Kewirausahaan Sosial, sebuah organisasi non-profit yang berbasis di Jenewa, Swiss.
