Kleopatra III (bahasa Yunani: Κλεοπάτρα, 161–101 SM) adalah ratu Mesir 142–101 SM. Dia dikenal pula sebagai Kleopatra Euergetis ketika dihubungkan dengan suaminya Ptolemaios VIII atau putranya Ptolemaios X. Dia disebut sebagai Kleopatra Philometor Soteira ketika dikaitkan dengan putra sulungnya Ptolemaios IX. Menurut Strabo dia kadang disebut sebagai Kleopatra Kokke ketika dibicarakan berkaitan dengan putranya Ptolemaios X.[1]
