Klitoromegali (atau makroklitoris[1]) adalah pembesaran abnormal klitoris. Pembesaran ini sebagian besar merupakan kelainan bawaan lahir. Pembesaran klitoris juga kadang-kadang sengaja dilakukan sebagai bentuk modifikasi alat kelamin. Pembesaran klitoris yang disengaja dilakukan menggunakan steroid anabolik, seperti testosteron.[2] [3][4][5] Klitoromegali tidak sama dengan pembesaran normal klitoris yang terlihat selama gairah seksual perempuan.
