Kofola adalah minuman ringan berkarbonasi yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan Kofola yang bermarkas di Krnov, Ceko. Minuman ini merupakan saingan utama Coca-Cola dan Pepsi di Ceko dan Slowakia.
Kofola pertama kali ditemukan di Institut Penelitian Tumbuhan Pengobatan Cekoslowakia di Praha pada tahun 1959. Pada dasawarsa 1960-an dan 1970-an, minuman ini menjadi sangat populer di Cekoslowakia.
Setelah jatuhnya rezim komunis di Cekoslowakia pada tahun 1989, Kofola harus bersaing dengan merek-merek minuman ringan asing.
