Koji Shima (島 耕二, Shima Kōji, 16 Februari 1901 – 10 September 1986) adalah seorang sutradara, pemeran, dan penulis naskah asal Jepang. Ia menyutradarai lebih dari 90 film sebagai sutradara dan tampil dalam lebih dari 90 film sebagai pemeran. Ia sempat menikahi pemeran Yukiko Todoroki.[1]
