Konklaf 1534 (11 Oktober – 13 Oktober) diadakan setelah kematian Paus Klemens VII. Konklaf ini berakhir dengan terpilihnya Kardinal Alessandro Farnese, yang mengambil nama Paulus III.
Paus Klemens VII wafat pada 25 September 1534.
