Konklaf 1644 adalah konklaf para Kardinal yang diadakan setelah kematian Paus Urbanus VIII. Konklaf tersebut berlangsung dari 9 Agustus sampai 15 September 1644 dan berakhir dengan terpilihnya Giovanni Battista Pamphili, yang kemudian menjabat dengan nama Paus Innosensius X.
