Koromodako
Koromodako (ころもだこ) adalah makhluk atau monster raksasa menyerupai gurita dalam cerita rakyat Jepang yang diyakini hidup di dalam perairan laut Prefektur Kyoto dan Fukui. Berdasarkan ilustrasi-ilustrasi yang ada, menurut kajian taksonomi, koromodako dikategorikan ke dalam keluarga argonauta. Nama koromodako diartikan sebagai "gurita kain." Istilah ini diperoleh dari bentuk fisik di bagian mulutnya, yang menurut mitologi, dapat membentang lebar seperti kain ketika akan memakan mangsanya.[1]
