Korpus albikans (Latin untuk "raga memutih"; juga dikenal sebagai atretic corpus luteum, corpus candicans, atau disingkat menjadi albicans) adalah bentuk teregresi dari korpus luteum.[1] Saat korpus luteum dijebol oleh makrofage, fibroblast menurunkan kolagen jenis I, membentuk korpus albikans. Proses tersebut disebut "luteolisis". Sisa korpus albikans dapat meninggalkan goresan pada permukaan ovarium.[1]
