Kosmos 111 (bahasa Rusia: Космос 111 berarti Cosmos 111) (seri E-6S) adalah upaya pertama Soviet untuk mengorbitkan sebuah wahana antariksa di sekitar Bulan. Desainnya mungkin serupa dengan wahana antariksa Luna 10. Wahana antariksa ini diluncurkan pada tanggal 1 Maret 1966, tetapi misi peluncuran itu gagal. Tahap atas Blok-L kehilangan kontrol roll dan gagal untuk mengirim wahana antariksa pada lintasan menuju bulan. Kosmos 111 kembali memasuki atmosfer bumi dua hari kemudian.
