Kris William Kobach (/ˈkoʊbɑːk/; lahir 26 Maret 1966) adalah seorang politikus Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai Jaksa Agung Kansas sejak 2023. Ia sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Negara Bagian Kansas ke-31 dari 2011 sampai 2019. Pada Juli 2019, ia berkampanye untuk menggantikan Pat Roberts dalam mewakili Kansas di Senat Amerika Serikat.[2] Ia dikalahkan dalam pemilihan pendahuluan Partai Republik dengan poin 14 persen oleh anggota DPR AS Roger Marshall.[3] Sebagai seorang mantan ketua Partai Republik Kansas, Kobach meraih ketenaran karena pandangan anti-imigrasi garis keras yang dimilikinya[4][5]
