Kuil Castor dan Pollux (Italia: Tempio dei Dioscuri) adalah sebuah kuil kuno di Forum Romawi, Roma, Italia Tengah.[1] Kuil tersebut awalnya dibangun dalam rangka kemenangan pada Pertempuran Danau Regillus (495 SM). Castor dan Pollux (Yunani Polydeuces) adalah Dioscuri, "saudara kembar" dari Gemini, putra kembar Zeus (Jupiter) dan Leda. Pemujaan mereka datang dari Yunani ke Roma melalui Magna Graecia dan budaya Yunani di Italia Selatan.[2]

Kuil Romawi tersebut adalah salah satu dari sejumlah kuil Dioscuri yang diketahui bertahan dari zaman kuno.
