Kulup Kudus (Latin: præputium atau prepucium) adalah salah satu dari beberapa relik yang diatributkan kepada Yesus, sebuah produk dari penyunatan Yesus. Sepanjang sejarah, sejumlah gereja di Eropa diklaim menyimpan kulup Yesus, terkadang pada waktu yang bersamaan. Berbagai kekuatan mukjizat dikisahkan.
