Kutu kayu (bahasa Inggris: woodlouse) ialah krustasea dengan rangka luar yang panjang, tegar, bersegmen dan empat belas anggota badan bersendi. Kutu kayu membentuk subordo Oniscidea dalam ordo Isopoda, dengan lebih daripada 3,000 spesies yang dikenal pasti.
Kutu kayu dalam genus Armadillidium dapat menggulung badannya menjadi hampir bulat sebagai mekanisme pertahanan diri. Walau bagaimanapun, kebanyakan kutu kayu tidak dapat membuat seperti itu.[1]
