Kyme (atau Kymi, juga: Phrikonis, Nemrut modern) adalah kota Aiolia di Aiolis (Asia Kecil) dekat dengan kerajaan Lydia. Suku Aiolia menganggap Kyme sebagai kota terpenting dan terbesar di antara dua belas kota mereka, yang terletak di pesisir Asia Kecil (Turki modern). Karena dekat dengan laut, kota ini menjadi makmur melalui perdagangan. Dalam karyanya, Historia, Herodotos menyebut Kyme sebagai salah satu kota di mana gubernur Lydia pemberontak Paktyes mencari suaka setelah melakukan pemberontakan melawan raja Persia Koresh Agung:[1]
