La Ruche adalah kota seniman dengan sekitar enam puluh bengkel, terletak di distrik Saint-Lambert di arondisemen ke-15 Paris.
La Ruche terletak di nomor 2 Passage de Dantzig, di sebelah barat dan dekat dengan bekas rumah jagal Vaugirard yang dibuat tak lama setelah La Ruche pada tahun 1904 (di situs taman Georges-Brassens saat ini), di arondisemen ke-15 Paris.
Hingga tahun 1910, kediaman tersebut dihubungkan ke Montparnasse dengan trem yang ditarik oleh dua ekor kuda. Di belakang gerbang besi besar yang setengah tersembunyi di bawah tanaman ivy berdiri ruang hijau di jantung kota Paris dan salah satu pusat seni terpenting abad ke-20.[1]
