Lae adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Papua Nugini. Kota ini adalah kota terbesar kedua di Papua Nugini setelah Port Moresby dengan populasi sekitar 120.000 jiwa. Kota ini terletak di teluk Huon di pantai utara Papua Nugini, dekat dengan mulut sungai Markham. Kota ini adalah ibu kota dari provinsi Morobe dan dianggap sebagai pusat industri Papua Nugini.
Lae juga merupakan pelabuhan kargo terbesar di Papua Nugini dan tempat beradanya Universitas Teknologi Papua Nugini.
