Lembaga Kesehatan Kelautan TNI AL Drs. Med. R. Rijadi Sastropanola., Phys (atau Lakesla Diskesal) merupakan lembaga kesehatan dibawah Dinas Kesehatan TNI Angkatan laut, sebagai Pusat Unggulan Kesehatan Matra Laut Dengan Misi Melaksanakan pendidikan, penelitian dan pengembangan dalam bidang kesehatan penyelaman dan hiperbarik. Memberikan pelayanan dan dukungan kesehatan matra laut guna menunjang kelancaran tugas pokok TNI AL.[1]
Mako Lakesla Diskesal berada di Jl. Gadung No. 1, Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
