Laksa Goreng
Laksa goreng adalah makanan khas suku Melayu, Kepulauan Riau. Seperti namanya, laksa goreng adalah mi sagu yang digoreng dan diberi bumbu dengan rasa yang sedikit pedas. Bumbu khas yang membuat laksa terasa khas adalah perencah yang digunakan berupa perencah udang maupun perencah ikan. tekstur kenyal laksa goreng membuat makanan khas Kepulauan Riau ini terasa unik dan berbeda dari mi pada umumnya.[1]
