Lancia Prisma adalah mobil keluarga kecil yang dibuat oleh produsen mobil Italia, Lancia antara tahun 1982 dan 1989. Konfigurasi sedan ini sesuai dengan Lancia Delta hatchback generasi pertama, berbagi karya desain Giorgetto Giugiaro dengan versi hatchback-nya.
Tugas mengubah Delta menjadi mobil sedan diberikan kepada desainer aslinya Giorgetto Giugiaro, yang mengerjakan mobil tersebut antara 1979 dan 1980. Kedua mobil berbagi platform (termasuk wheelbase 2475 mm), drivetrains, pintu dan kaca depan. Prisma menjadi Lancia paling populer segera; dengan produksi harian 250, produksi kumulatif 100.000 tercapai pada tahun 1984.
