Lapis belacan

Lapis belacan merupakan penganan khas Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Penganan ini memiliki ciri khas, yaitu berwarna cokelat kehitaman, berlapisan yang banyak, tekstur yang lembut, dan rasa manis.[1] Lapis belacan biasanya disajikan untuk momen tertentu, seperti lebaran, hantaran, oleh-oleh atau saat acara khusus. Warna hitam pekat dari lapis belacan didapat dari campuran cokelat batang, cokelat bubuk dan telur.[2]
