Late Night adalah sebuah acara talk show dan variety show Amerika Serikat yang ditayangkan di NBC sejak 1982.
Sejak tayang perdana pada 1 Februari 1982 sampai 25 Juni 1993, Late Night dipandu oleh David Letterman. Pada 13 September 1993, Conan O'Brien mengambil alih sebagai host hingga 20 Februari 2009 ketika ia mulai transisi ke arah mengambil alih The Tonight Show. Jimmy Fallon mengambil alih Late Night pada tanggal 2 Maret 2009 sampai dengan 7 Februari 2014, setelah itu ia pindah menjadi pembawa acara The Tonight Show.
