Laut Kara (Rusia: Ка́рское мо́ре) adalah laut yang terletak di Samudra Arktik, sebelah utara Siberia. Laut Kara secara kasar memiliki panjang 1.450 kilometer dan lebar 970 kilometer dengan luas sekitar 880.000 km² dan kedalaman 110 m.
Laut Kara sebelumnya disebut Oceanus Scythicus atau Mare Glaciale.
