Le Chiffre (bahasa Prancis: [lə ʃifʁ], "The Cypher" atau "The Digit") adalah karakter fiksi dan antagonis utama dalam novel Casino Royale karya Ian Fleming tahun 1953.[2] Dalam adaptasi film, Le Chiffre diperankan oleh Peter Lorre dalam adaptasi televisi tahun 1954 dari novel tersebut untuk seri antologi televisi Climax! yang ditayangkan oleh CBS, oleh Orson Welles dalam film parodi tahun 1967 dari novel dan seri film Bond, dan oleh Mads Mikkelsen dalam versi film tahun 2006 dari novel Fleming di mana ia adalah salah satu antagonis utama, yang lainnya adalah Mr. White.
Fleming menggambarkan karakter ini berdasarkan ahli ilmu gaib Aleister Crowley.[3]
