Lee Si-young (lahir 17 April, 1982) adalah artis,model dan penyanyi Korea Selatan.
Biografi
Setelah mendapat popularitas untuk perannya sebagai Oh Min Ji in Boys Over Flowers (serial TV), Shi muda bergabung menjadi tokoh di MBC di reality show We Got Married di mana dia dipasangkan dengan Jun Jin dari Shinhwa. Sampai Juni 2009, mereka telah menjadi pasangan pertama yang secara resmi memiliki hubungan yang nyata di luar pertunjukan. Namun, mereka bubar setelah hubungan 6 bulan
