Sir Leonard Valentinovich Blavatnik (bahasa Ukraina: Леонід Валентинович Блаватнік, bahasa Rusia: Леонид Валентинович Блаватник, Leonid Valentinovich Blavatnik; lahir 14 Juni 1957) adalah seorang pengusaha, investor, dan filantropis Inggris. Ia mendapatkan kekayaannya melalui investasi di perusahaan Access Industries.
Pada Mei 2020, Blavatnik adalah orang terkaya ke-4 di Britania Raya.[3] Pada 25 Juli 2020, majalah bisnis Amerika Serikat, Forbes menyatakan Blavatnik sebagai orang terkaya ke-45 di dunia, dengan perkiraan kekayaan bersih sejumlah US$25.9 miliar.[4] Pada 2017, Blavatnik meraih gelar kesatria atas jasanya dalam filantropi.[5]
