Lena Ek (kelahiran 16 Januari 1958 di Mönsterås, Wilayah Kalmar) adalah seorang politikus Swedia yang menjabat sebagai Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dari 2011 sampai 2014. Ia adalah mantan Anggota Parlemen Eropa dan Anggota Riksdag. Ia adalah anggota Partai Tengah, bagian dari Aliansi Liberal dan Demokrat untuk Eropa.
