Leopoldstadt (pelafalan dalam bahasa Jerman: [ˈleːopɔltˌʃtat] ⓘ; bahasa Austro-Bavaria: Leopoidstod, "Kota Leopold") adalah distrik kedua di kota Wina (bahasa Jerman: 2. Bezirk). Pada tahun 2016, jumlah penduduk di distrik ini tercatat sebesar 103.233 jiwa. Mereka tersebar di wilayah seluas 19,27 km2.
Distrik ini terletak di tengah kota Wina dan dinamai dari Leopold I, Kaisar Romawi Suci. Sebelum Perang Dunia II, di daerah ini terdapat banyak orang Yahudi (38,5% pada tahun 1923), sehingga kawasan ini dijuluki Mazzesinsel ("Pulau Matzo").
Beberapa tempat menarik di kawasan ini adalah Wiener Prater yang pernah menjadi lahan perburuan kekaisaran yang tidak boleh dimasuki rakyat jelata hingga tahun 1766.
