Leptanthura adalah genus krustasea isopoda dalam famili Leptanthuridae.[1] Genus ini pertama kali dideskripsikan pada tahun 1897 oleh Georg Ossian Sars dan spesies tipenya adalah Paranthura tenuis.[2][3] Genus ini ditemukan di perairan pesisir di seluruh dunia,[4] dan mencakup spesies-spesies berikut:
