"Let's Get It Started" awalnya berjudul "Let's Get Retarded", adalah sebuah lagu dan singel keempat oleh band hip hop Amerika, The Black Eyed Peas, dari album Elephunk. Lagu ini menjuarai Penampilan Rap Terbaik oleh Duo atau Group di Grammy Awards tahun 2005, dan juga dinominasikan untuk Rekaman Terbaik Tahun Ini dan Lagu Rap Terbaik.

Lirik awal lagu mendapat berbagai kontroversi pada saat rilis. 'Terbelakang' ((Inggris): Retarded) adalah istilah penghinaan yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan orang-orang dengan cacat perkembangan.
