Levan adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di Juab County, negara bagian Utah, Amerika Serikat. Menurut sensus tahun 2000 penduduknya mencapai 688 jiwa. Sebuah versi mengatakan bahwa nama kota ini didapat dari letak kota ini yang terletak di tengah Utah. Namanya berasal dari kata navel (pusar) yang dibalik. Terdapat juga perkiraan bahwa nama ini berasal dari pengawal muda pasukan yang sedang maju.
