Lila Kedrova (nama lengkap dalam rusia Елизавета (Лиля) Николаевна Кедрова) (9 Oktober 1909 – 16 Februari 2000)[1][2] adalah seorang aktris Prancis kelahiran Rusia. Dia memenangkan Academy Award untuk Aktris Pendukung Terbaik untuk Zorba the Greek (1964), dan Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musikal untuk peran yang sama dalam versi musik dari film tersebut.
