Lilian Harvey (nama lahir Helene Lilian Muriel Pape; 19 Januari 1906 – 27 Juli 1968)[1] adalah seorang pemeran dan penyanyi Inggris-Jerman. Ia dikenal karena berperan sebagai Christel Weinzinger dalam film tahun 1931 garapan Erik Charell berjudul Der Kongreß tanzt.
