Lillian Case Russell (nama lahir Lulu E. Case; 3 April 1876 – 2 Juni 1947), sering kali disebut sebagai L. Case Russell, adalah seorang penulis naskah Amerika Serikat pada era film bisu Hollywood. Ia menikahi pemeran John Lowell Russell.
Biografi
Lillian lahir di pedesaan Yankton, Dakota Selatan, dari pasangan Lucian dan Agnes Case.[1] Ia lulus dari Yankton High School pada 1893.[2] Ia bekerja sebagai guru di kota tempat tinggalnya sebelum pindah ke New York untuk menjalankan karier sebagai penulis. Ia menulis untuk sejumlah surat kabar dan majalah.[3]
Ia menikahi pemeran John Lowell Russell di Manhattan pada 1901. Mereka memiliki dua anak, sinemtografer John L. Russell dan pemeran Evangeline Russell.[4] Pada 1925, mereka pindah ke Los Angeles, dimana suaminya berkarya sebagai pemeran dan dirinya menulis naskah untuk Vitagraph.[5]
