Lillian Katherine Haass (Hanzi: 夏秀蘭, Xia Xiulan[1] 26 November 1886 – 7 Januari 1964) adalah seorang karyawati YWCA di Shanghai, Tiongkok, antara 1914 dan 1945. Ia memimpin upaya untuk mendidik wanita Tiongkok untuk menjadi pemimpin di kalangan tenaga kerja industrial.
