Adipati Ling dari Wey (衛靈公) (bertakhta skt. 534 — 492 SM) merupakan seorang penguasa ke-28 negara Wey di Tiongkok kuno, ia adalah putra Adipati Xiang dari Wey.

Istri Adipati Ling adalah Nan Zi,[1][2] dan putranya adalah Pangeran Kuaikui (蒯聵).[3] Gelarnya diwariskan kepada cucunya, Adipati Chu, putra Kuaikui.

Adipati Ling adalah subyek Bab 15 di Analek Konfusius. Nama pemberiannya adalah Yuan.
