Lo Ming Yau (1900–1967) atau Luo Mingyou adalah seorang wirausahawan dan pembuat film asal Hong Kong, dan pionir sinema Tiongkok. Pamannya Lo Wen-kan (羅文榦, Luo Wengan) adalah seorang politikus besar pada periode Republikan awal.
Lo Ming Yau mendirikan Hwa Peh Film Company (華北電影公司) di Beijing pada 1927. Pada 1930, Hwa Peh Film Company digabung denganChina Sun Motion Picture Company milik Lai Man-Wai dan beberapa perusahaan lainnya di Shanghai untuk membentuk United Photoplay Service, salah satu studio film terbesar di Tiongkok.
